The City of Union Point provides water and sewer services to residents. All requests for new service or service transfers must be made in person at:

Utility Billing & Service Information

Meter Reading: Around the 15th of each month

Billing: Processed and mailed around the 25th of each month

Please open and review bills upon receipt

Payment Due Date: 10th of the following month

Payments can be made in person or mailed with the payment stub

Be sure to include the correct 6-digit account number for bank drafts

Late Payment Penalty: 10% charged on unpaid balances after the 10th

Final Payment Deadline: 20th of the month to avoid service cut-off

If the 20th falls on a weekend, payment can be made the following Monday

Cut-Off Fees: $25 per service applied on the 21st of the month if unpaid
Utility Worker Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (for service needs)
City Hall Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

After-hours operators are available for emergencies only (e.g., water or gas leaks)
