PUBLIC/LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing, with public comment heard, will be held by the Mayor and Council of the City of Union Point for a variance request on a preliminary plat for +/- 9.78 acres known as tax parcel number U010000120 located between Watson Avenue and Dolvin Avenue. The variance request is for an increase in the number of units allowed per acre. The property is zoned R-3, Multi-Family Residential District.
The hearings will be at the Four-Room School Building at 211 Veazey Street, Union Point, Georgia on March 10, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. and a decision will be made.
